Maple Syrup is on the menu, Every spring finds Jacques hard at work on this years' maple syrup crop. Usually beginning in late February or early March, trees need to be tapped, sap lines repaired and checked daily, and there's sap to be boiled. In northern Vermont, steam rising from the sugarhouse is an open invitation to come in for a visit and sample the new syrup. At Cliff Haven Farm we serve our own pure maple syrup year round, but if you're here at sugaring time you can experience the sights, the smell, and the taste of a genuine Vermont tradition. We also sell our maple syrup; $40. /gallon, $22./half gallon, $13./quart, $8./ pint, $5./half pint Call for shipping prices. 802-334-2401
